This was definitely not a typical Kardashian-Jenner appearance.

Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Kylie Jenner and Kris Jenner arrived at a Los Angeles court ahead of their bombshell $USD100 million ($AUD135 million) trial against Blac Chyna (real name Angela White), the former fiancé to Rob Kardashian and mother to his five-year-old daughter Dream.

Nearly five years after filing the lawsuit, Chyna is now having her day in court and is suing the reality moguls over “claims of assault, battery, domestic violence, defamation, and interference with prospective economic relations”.

Chyna is alleging that as soon her relationship with Rob ended, her now-ex-partner’s influential family did everything they could to have the Keeping Up With The Kardashians spin-off Rob & Chyna cancelled.

“When they got my No. 1 hit show killed back in January 2017, that not only hurt me financially and emotionally, that hurt my beautiful KIDS,” Chyna, who also shares nine-year-old son King Cairo with Tyga, wrote in the statement on Twitter at the time. “I’m taking them to court to stand up for my legal rights and to be an example to my kids that ‘what’s right is right, what’s wrong is wrong.’ And what they did was so wrong. I am so thankful that a jury will finally listen to what really happened behind closed doors — the lies that were told and the damage that was done.”

Rob was not attendance, and while Chyna was spotted with her legal team overseeing jury selection, she was not present at the same time as the Kardashian-Jenner clan.

While the charges are being laid against the entire family, Kim, Khloe, Kylie and Kris are all due to testify in the trial. Potential jurors were said to have been asked about their knowledge of the famous Calabasas family, to which one replied “I’ve seen the Kardashian sex tape”, according to TMZ.

If the wording of the lawsuit is anything to go by, it will be a bitter battle played out in court. Via her lawyer, Chyna’s lawsuit alleges Rob is an “abuser” and that the Kardashian-Jenners acted out of “revenge”.

“Rob Kardashian is an abuser intent on destroying Angela White, the mother of his baby (Dream), who left him in 2016,” the lawsuit states.

“In revenge, the Kardashian-Jenner family became media predators, slut-shaming her on social media and killing her hit television show (Rob & Chyna), which had already begun filming a second season.” Chyna is seeking $USD40 million ($AUD54 million) in lost earnings and damages, plus another $USD60 million ($AUD81 million) in lost future income, according to legal documents obtained by Page Six. Ahead of the trial, Chyna tweeted, “What’s wrong is wrong”.

The Kardashian-Jenners hit back at Chyna’s allegations by launching their own lawsuit, which claims Chyna “violently attacked Rob”. Like everything in the Kardashian-Jenner family’s world, the court case is expected to be addressed on their new reality series, The Kardashians. Until then, the yet-to-be-selected jury is still out.

More to come.
