Slogan tees have always been an iconic way for celebrities to express themselves, whether it be Britney Spears’ ‘dump him’ top, Paris Hilton’s ‘stop being poor’ singlet – which she recently sadly debunked on TikTok as being photoshopped (the top actually reads ‘stop being desperate’. Still iconic) – and, more recently, Charli XCX’s ‘they don’t make statues of critics’ baby tee.
Now, it appears when it comes to Pete Davidson and Kim Kardashian’s split, despite not commenting directly on the reports, the comedian is letting his style make a statement. Davidson is currently filming his latest project, the film Wizards! in Australia, which ultimately reportedly contributed to his and Kardashian’s break up: part of which was due to Kardashian feeling as though the “spark faded” due to distance.
On set in the days following, Davidson was photographed wearing a slogan tee of his own. The sentence? “What… I feel like sh*t.”
Of course, it’s natural to feel exactly that way when you’ve just been unceremoniously dumped by one of the world’s most famous, powerful and beautiful women – especially when you have four tattoos in honour of her.
But if Davidson’s track record is anything to go by (Ariana Grande, Kate Beckinsale, Margaret Qualley, Kaia Gerber, Phoebe Dynevor, to name but a few), we’d say he’ll bounce back in no time. The question is, where does one go after Kim Kardashian West? Especially when Beyonce is taken, so too is Rihanna and Princess Diana is no longer alive.

As for how Kardashian’s ex-husband Kanye West feels about the split? Well, for that one we can go directly to the source.
On Monday, West posted on Instagram directly referencing the break-up by posting a fake New York Times headline that reads, “Skete Davidson dead at age 28,” referencing Kardashian and Davidson’s public couple name, Skete.
Underneath the headline in a smaller font, reads, “Kid Cudi meant to play funeral but fearful of bottle throwers.”
The rapper didn’t give the post a caption, but when you’re this direct, no caption is really necessary. As one commenter put it, “Sheesh 😬.”
