We don’t often see Jlo depart from her signature smoky bronze makeup, but overnight at a press call for her upcoming movie Shotgun Wedding, the actress showed off an ethereal pink makeup look — and it’s perfect.
Makeup artist Mary Phillips is the mastermind behind the rosy palette, using a mix of Pat McGrath, Nudestix, Anastasia Beverly Hills and Charlotte Tillbury products (if you want to copy the lip, layer the Iconic Nude Lip Liner with the Collagen Lip Bath gloss).
Phillips is no stranger to painting high profile faces – she counts Kendall Jenner and Hailey Bieber as regular clients — but she’s the talk of TikTok right now thanks to a viral makeup technique where she contours the skin before applying base products (you can watch the tutorial before — the results are pretty spectacular).

But back to Jlo, the superstar is known for her commitment to full glam, although we don’t really see her experiment with colour. But she’s clearly feeling pink at the moment — just yesterday she shared an Instagram post wearing a candy-coloured Magda Butrym dress alongside the caption, ‘on Wednesdays we wear pink”.
Jlo is currently promoting her upcoming film with co-star Josh Duhamel. Launching exclusively on Prime Video, the romantic comedy has an all-star cast (Jennifer Coolidge and Lenny Kravitz also have roles). As per the trailer, Jlo and Josh star as almost-newlyweds who get their families together for a destination wedding, only to encounter both cold feet, and a kidnapping. The release date is set for Jan 27 (so make a note in your calendar).
