Jennifer Lopez has gone from strength to strength since her split from Alex Rodriguez. Not only has the actress and singer wrapped filming on her new project, Shotgun Wedding, but she’s found love again—literally again—with Ben Affleck, and is planning on moving to Los Angeles full-time to pursue it.
This week, J.Lo was spotted making out with Affleck at Nobu in Malibu, marking the first PDA we’ve been privy to since the former couple rekindled their romance last month. (They were first together from 2002 until 2004 before reuniting after Affleck’s split from Ana De Armas and Lopez’s from Rodriguez).
After spending date night with Affleck, Lopez hit West Hollywood hotspot Craig’s for dinner to celebrate her sister’s birthday. For the occasion, the 51-year-old wore a cream-coloured sleeveless turtleneck crop top (showcasing her toned tummy) with low-rise cargo pants and gold hoops.
The outfit was simultaneously very Jenny from the Block-era—as is her relationship with Affleck—and reminiscent of another Jennifer: Aniston while playing Rachel Green on Friends.
Lopez paired the look with on trend brown oxford shoes, a crossbody purse, and thick black glasses. She wore her hair twisted into a tight top knot and arrived without a plus-one (Affleck).
J.Lo posted a sweet birthday tribute to her sister, who turned 50 on Monday, to Instagram with photos from their celebrations in Malibu from over the weekend. My baby sister…I love you…you are and have always been my original bestie…my partner in crime, my ride or die. The one who has always celebrated me in the good times and encouraged me in the tough ones,” she captioned the images.
In her speech shared to Instagram stories, Lopez got emotional, saying through tears, “We just will always be here for each other. But today we celebrate you – an amazing, talented, beautiful, gorgeous angel from heaven.”
