We’d almost forgotten that Drake and Jennifer Lopez were rumoured to be a ‘thing’ when it was reported on Friday that the stars have called it off.

According to Us Weekly, things have “died down a bit” and DraLo, who supposedly hooked up over the Christmas break are not together “for now”.

At least on Instagram, Jennifer does seem like a woman that’s recently ended a romantic relationship and wants to project the image that she’s doing just fine.

There’s the not-so-subtle, look-at-my-hot-body pic:

The cryptic quote about timing and things that are ‘meant to be’:

Drake is touring in the UK and Europe until the end of March, meanwhile JLo’s Las Vegas residency is keeping her Stateside, so we’ll have to wait and see if that ‘timing’ works in their favour in the future.

Just after Christmas Drake and Lopez seemed to announce they were together when they each shared the same photo at the same moment on Instagram: a photo of the pair curled up on a couch. In the following weeks they were also seen on a dinner date, although there’s been constant murmurs ever since that the mega-stars might be leading the public on to generate buzz about a reported upcoming single. TBC.
