Just when we think Jennifer Lopez has hit peak JLo glamour, she goes and ups the ante – this time with her newest manicure. In her latest Instagram posts, the star is seen showing off a set of gloriously glistening diamond nails, which her long-time nail artist Tom Bachik dubbed a “diamond drip mani”.
The nails feature stiletto-shaped extensions painted a soft, translucent pink for the base. Bachik then delicately positioned a whole heap of gemstones of varying sizes and shapes to create a diamond cluster effect – and surely this is enough OTT bling to render an onlooker blind in the right light.
Bachik also used MIA SECRET Extension Soak Off Gel Tips to give the star’s digits some XXL length, because this is clearly a look that needed a little more drama. Arguably nobody aside from Jenny From The Block herself could pull off such a blinged-out nail design quite as seamlessly, especially when it’s sitting alongside her gargantuan engagement ring from fiancé Ben Affleck (who was also her Jenny From the Block co-star).
Lopez recently gave her betrothed a sweet shout-out for Father’s Day, taking to her Instagram to share a video dedicated to “to the most caring, loving, affectionate, consistent and selfless Daddy ever”. The couple – who famously reunited after breaking up almost two decades earlier – both have children from previous marriages and are now enjoying parenting together, as Lopez revealed in an extended dedication to Affleck in her newsletter On The JLo.
“I have had a front row seat to watching how you father for over a year now and I have never seen [a] more consistent, loving and selfless father,” she wrote. “And not just to your own kids but also without obligation to mine as well. You show up and put them first always. You are affectionate and engaged in every moment they are with you and it’s honestly one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen. Thank you for all you do for all of us. We appreciate and love you beyond measure.”
