Jennifer Aniston is famed for her iconic blonde locks, which explains why she’s dedicated a significant portion of her career to haircare. After investing and acting as the face of well-known hair brand Living Proof back in 2012, Aniston’s time at the company came to an end some four years later and she left to pursue her own business.

The dream of creating her own brand finally came to fruition last month, as the actor launched the first product from her LolaVie haircare line. Now the star has continued her reveal of the brand with her second launch, the LolaVie Perfecting Leave-In, which she says has been a game-changer for her routine. Starting with singular products was also a conscious move for Aniston.

“I wanted our first couple products to be multifunctional, like a Swiss Army knife,” she said in a new interview. “Our Perfecting Leave-In and Glossing Detangler are so much more than their names. They simplify my hair routine on top of delivering better manageability and reducing breakage from styling.”

Aniston, whose infamous layered bob was the subject of obsession for women all over the world during the 90s, also detailed her entire haircare routine. After washing her hair with shampoo and conditioner, she starts taming her tresses while still wet. “With my hair type, I’m able to use the Glossing Detangler first right out of the shower and comb through. Then I layer on the Perfecting Leave-In and style,” she said.

While the star didn’t name which exact shampoo and conditioner she uses, it’s a safe bet to say she’s using yet-to-be-released formulas from LolaVie, as Aniston later revealed that her own cleansing duo will land soon. “Shampoos and conditioners are a necessity, and they will definitely be coming, but that would’ve been too obvious to launch with,” she said.

The star insists that following her LolaVie hair routine has been a lifeline for her locks, which were once damaged from years of heat styling on set. “Honestly, what I’ve noticed is softer, shinier, healthier-looking-and-feeling hair,” she told Well+Good. “My hair is finally growing and not breaking.”
