Reports just in are alleging Game of Thrones and Aquaman star Jason Momoa has married his longtime love actress Lisa Bonet. Thirty-eight-year-old Momoa and 49-year-old Bonet – who have been together for over a decade and have two children – reportedly held the “intimate” wedding ceremony at their home in Topanga, California.
Bonet – who was married to rocker and lover-of-leather-pants-without-underwear Lenny Kravitz – is mum to rising actress Zoë Kravitz while Momoa and Bonet parent 10-year-old daughter Lola Lolani and eight-year-old son Nakoa-Wolf.
Interestingly it was always assumed the couple married back in 2007 as Momoa openly referred to Bonet as his “wife”. But according to U.S. Weekly, they weren’t “officially” married until now. “My wife being a very pretty woman. She’s beautiful and I love her. … My wife’s Lisa Bonet. I’m a very lucky man,” he said in an interview in 2013.”
“She’s my dream woman,” he told Huffington Post in 2016. “It was through mutual friends. It just happened on a serendipitous night and we just kind of met and I thought she left, but I was living out of a hotel and I invited her to the diner. … I was a fool. … She ended up liking me, so that was good enough,” he told the publication of how the couple met. “She’s an angel. She’s amazing. God bless her. She’s seeing this one through. I’ve done a lot of dumb things in my life.”
U.S. Weekly has also cited the guest list included newlyweds Alicia Vikander and Michael Fassbender and several of his co-stars. “He stays close with the people he works with on movies and is a really nice guy,” a source told the publication. “It was a big party and people came from out of town to attend.”
