Inside The Star-Studded Premiere Of “Avengers: Endgame”
Scarlett Johansson, Brie Larson and Evangeline Lilly are the superwomen of your dreams
While a few of us grapple to come up to speed with the narrative behind one of the most anticipated movies of the year, Avengers: Endgame, we can confirm the film’s star-powered world premiere is just as satisfying to look at as the 21 films in the franchise.
For the uninitiated, Avengers: Endgame is the closing chapter in a 22-film cycle which has grossed almost AUD $26 billion at the international box office (twice the amount of money made by Star Wars). Titles include Captain America, Iron Man, Thor,Guardians Of The Galaxy, Spider-Man: Homecoming, Captain Marvel, Doctor Strange and the Academy Award-nominated Black Panther.
All of the stars turned out at the Convention Center in Los Angeles. Among them, Scarlett Johansson (Black Widow), Chris Evans (Captain America), Chris Hemsworth (Thor), Brie Larson (Captain Marvel), Elizabeth Olsen (Scarlet Witch), Paul Rudd (Ant-Man), Zoe Saldana (Gamora), Chris Pratt (Star-Lord), Benedict Cumberbatch (Dr. Strange), Gwyneth Paltro (Pepper Potts), Evangeline Lilly (The Wasp), Natalie Portman (Jane Foster) and Bradley Cooper (Rocket). In fact, it was odd if you were a celebrity and not billed as part of the cast.
