Following Brooklyn Beckham’s sweet proposal to Nicola Peltz in June 2020, the couple are flourishing. In another milestone ahead of the wedding, Beckham and Peltz have reportedly purchased a luxurious mansion in Beverly Hills. According to TMZthe duo have settled nicely on a five bedroom abode.

At just 22-years-old – and the eldest son to David Beckham – the model and photographer dropped $10.5 million USD on the real estate which according to E! News is $1 million USD over the asking price. Boasting over 7,000 square-feet of residence, the house was built in 2020 and features five and-a-half bathrooms, a luxury kitchen, a pool, spa, a wine cellar and sweeping views of Los Angeles.

Via Compass Real Estate, the listing agents were Carl Gambino and Alexander Santaniello. Alexa Kort of Rodeo Realty represented the buyers. You can see the stunning home in more detail, here.

On June 4, Beckham posted a one-year anniversary tribute for Peltz on social media.

“This exact day 1 year ago I asked this gorgeous woman to marry me,” he wrote to Instagram. “She makes me a better person everyday and is my best friend. I can’t imagine my life without you because you continuously make me laugh and smile x happy 1 year baby ❤️❤️”

Beckham proposed to Peltz in a lavender field believed to be in Europe.

Of course we expect that this won’t be the only home for the happy couple. In an interview from GRAZIA’s sister publication ICON, Beckham said he has always wanted to start a family in New York.

“I’ve always been in love with New York. Everywhere you go, there’s interesting people, interesting places to take pictures, the food is great – I’m a very big food guy,” he said. “When I moved to New York, it was amazing. I loved it, it’s where I want to be based when I’m a bit older and I’d like to start a family there,” he says.
