The week kicks off with sparklers and a flash mob courtesy of the Gemini full moon (27 Nov all time zones). Building on the more serious themes of the past few days, it could help illuminate your true feeling about something that’s been stop/start the past week.

Once Monday is behind you, it’s safe to unfasten your seatbelt and move around the cabin, metaphorically speaking. Connecting to the abundant, optimistic, spontaneous fun that is synonymous with Sagittarius will be a pleasure, not a chore.

On Wednesday, the moon trines Saturn, soothing irritations that flared up last weekend. If you’ve been reaching for (or hoping to receive) an olive branch, this could be your moment. Build on the let-bygones-be-bygones feel and connect with someone who might tends to be hard to reach, standoffish or defensive next weekend. The stars are on your side to be brave, and make progress.

Hot tip: I always recommend you read your rising sign for the most resonant advice. If you don’t know it, you can work it out by casting your chart here. Want to learn more? ARIES AND ARIES RISING

Do you actually want what you’re chasing? That’s the big question for you, especially around the full moon on Monday. It’s a moment to reflect on on-again off again plans – potentially around a big trip or move – and get in touch with what you truly feel you want/need, deep down. If the answer is “um, actually, no,” the stars are supporting you letting someone down gently, especially later in the week.

TAURUS AND TAURUS RISING

There’s a moment of truth around money, spending or debt this week with the full moon delivering a lightbulb moment. While the revelation (possibly via a friend) may feel uncomfortable (thank Saturn) there is a necessary learning that comes out of it. Getting used to the news will feel easier as the week wears on. Like most things in life, you’ll just need a little longer to acclimatise to the idea than the average person. Manage other peoples expectations and timelines with that quirk, front of mind.

GEMINI AND GEMINI RISING

Feeling fired up? It’s not just you, it’s in the sky. There’s drama a foot from the very first day of the week as the full moon has you feeling extra impulsive. It’s the sort of weather where you could make a rash decision…a new tattoo? A resignation? A break up, then block manoeuvre? It’s got some serious spice to it, and a dash of “no going back”. If that sounds a bit more than you can handle right now, stay away from anywhere that could tempt you to cut the cord – literally or figuratively speaking.

CANCER AND CANCER RISING

With the lunar energy at its peak, you’ll be feeling all the feelings at the start of the week. As the full moon highlights your health and wellbeing, you could find yourself forced to take a break or get real about how much you’re taking on. With the end of the year well and truly in sight, the temptation to say “yes” to everything is real…but is it good for you? Only you can answer that. And if for any reason you’re not sure, then trust the answer is probably “no”.

LEO AND LEO RISING

Just how inappropriate is it to have a hangover before Thursday? It’s a rhetorical question of course, but don’t be surprised if you find yourself pondering that exact dilemma this week. With the full moon lighting up the axis around your social sphere and arousing a mighty thirst (in every aspect of the word), the start of the week could be rather large. Do with that what you will. If you’ve got the stamina or the leave to take, go nuts. But remember, there’s still at least three and a bit more weeks of parties to come.

VIRGO AND VIRGO RISING

Fresh off the back of last weekend’s speedbumps, Monday’s full moon brings a clear perspective to proceedings. If you’ve been flip-flopping, expect a big dose of resolve as the “should I” or “shouldn’t I” mood melts away. The clarifying quality could feel both sobering and activating, spurring you on to make a call or take action. The good news is, once you decide, the sense of relief is palpable, and the rest of the week flows smoothly as you can get on with making plans.

LIBRA AND LIBRA RISING

Communication and self-expression continue to be a focus this week as the full moon challenges you to find a balance between lofty ambitions and a more flexible, down-to-earth solution. Family, especially siblings if you have them, could play a crucial role in helping you figure out how to get past a momentary setback. If you trust their advice, this is a good week to ask for it! Moving beyond the hiccups looks easier as the week progresses, so trust that while Monday may feel intense, things can only get better.

SCORPIO AND SCORPIO RISING

If you don’t know your CCV by heart, you probably will after this week, with the sun, Mars and Mercury inspiring you to cut loose with all the retail therapy. It’s a nice splash after a very intense Scorpio season but with Saturn weighing in, keeping your spending within the bounds of what’s reasonable is essential. After the full moon (Monday all time zones) take time to do something to replenish your store of energy. Mid-week looks especially nice for a little floatation tank escape.

SAGITTARIUS AND SAGITTARIUS RISING

Perspective! Clarity! Fiery resolve! This week you’ve got it all, and that’s only taking Monday’s astrology into consideration. The backwards and forwards that’s been doing your head finally comes to an end. But this new plan isn’t solely built on bumper stickers and blind faith; there is a very sizeable splash of reality thrown in to keep your feet on the ground. It’s a yes…but with conditions. That’s ok. Trust that the handbrake is there to keep things on course. Don’t let that get you down, this is still great progress.

CAPRICORN AND CAPRICORN RISING

It’s time for an audit. Monday’s full moon is your cosmic invitation to check in with exactly how well you’re looking after yourself. If the answer is “room for improvement” don’t wait for the wheels to fall off. As counterintuitive as it may be, focus on finishing things off strong rather than initiating new projects. You only have a few weeks left of the working year. Even someone of your competence has their limits. Don’t put yourself in a position where you collapse in a heap from exhaustion once the holidays arrive.

AQUARIUS AND AQUARIUS RISING

Momentum abounds this week with a Gemini full moon putting you in a seriously playful mood from the get-go. Like the final piece of the puzzle falling into place, getting things moving feels good, and has you in a celebratory spirit. Enjoy it, but don’t go overboard. You’re in a longer-term cycle where setting goals and being sensible with your cash is a major lesson. Keep the cost of things front of mind to help you stay within your means.

PISCES AND PISCES RISING

It’s a big week for you, as the full moon on Monday coincides with a major reality check. The sense of certainty should feel good, although the outcome may not be quite as lavish as you’d like. Make self-care your priority mid-week when the sky sets the mood for restorative, nourishing activities. Block out time in your calendar for something watery and wonderful; magnesium baths, ocean swims or hydra facials all make an excellent choice.
