Gigi Hadid has been busy. Amid giving birth to her first child, a daughter named Khai with ex-boyfriend Zayn Malik, the model has secured herself a brand new job. No, not the modelling kind—although she did just star in a Versace campaign alongside her younger sister, Bella—but the kind that you’ll soon see on Netflix.

Rather than testing out her acting chops, a la Cara Delevingne, Hadid is instead sticking to fashion, joining the cast of the streaming platform’s show, Next in Fashion.

Hadid will be taking over as one of the show’s hosts, replacing Alexa Chung who appeared in season one. Furthermore, Hadid will star alongside her good friend, Queer Eye’s Tan France.

France shared the news to Instagram alongside a gallery of photos of himself and Hadid, writing, “Who would have thought when we met over Facetime 4 years ago (thanks @evachen212) that we’d be hosting NEXT IN FASHION TOGETHER! You read that right! The secret’s out.” France then went on to confirm that casting is now open for the upcoming season, sending those who want to try their hand to the sign up form.

Though this is Hadid’s first full-time gig on a reality TV show, she’s long been surrounded by cameras: she was a teenager just joining the modelling world during her mum’s time on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and most recently she primed her judging skills by guest appearing on Project Runway.

While Hadid is still one of the biggest names in fashion, it seems she’s almost ready to retire from the runway, telling i-D last year she’s ready for a bit of a career change and happy to sit on the sidelines and see the next-gen take over. “Where can I make way for that next generation and focus my energy and time on something else—something that is obviously still in this world but is fulfilling for me, creatively, and different?,” she pondered at the time while speaking about the potential of starting her own fashion line.

It seems Hadid’s close circle of supermodels—Kendall Jenner and her sister Bella—are thinking the same thing: last year, both women came out with their own companies in the drink world: Jenner’s a tequila line named 818 and Hadid a line of smart drinks named Kin Euphorics.

We don’t girlboss anymore, but if we did…
