If you scroll right to the beginning of Gigi Hadid’s Instagram profile (as I did), you’ll find a baby-faced, blonde tween from Los Angeles who clearly just wanted to be a model. The grid plays out like a timeline of her career – you can pinpoint the moment she signed to IMG, moved to New York, landed a big campaign or secured her first cover. Fast forward to now, and she’s arguably one of the biggest models in the world, and all at the tender age of 25. The model celebrated her quarter century with family at her mother’s farm yesterday (hamburger cake and all), toasting mini Dutch pancakes to another year of crazy-wild success.
