Givenchy’s new collaboration with Ariana Grande, #ARIVENCHY, has just hit the ultimate high note, culminating in a cheeky, improv video showcasing Grande’s impressive four octave range.

Walking into to the shoot in an elaborately embellished off-the-shoulder top from Givenchy’s forthcoming Fall-Winter 2019-2020 collection, iced coffee in hand, high pony swinging, Grande hums a tune which then turns into a beating soundtrack with the singer’s vocals on overlay.

As the camera flashes, Grande sings…”Imma sing about what’s happening right now,” a kind of tongue-in-cheek, observational refrain which progresses into a catchy, poppy, Grande-worthy tune. She continues: “Shootin’ my campaign for Givenchy. That’s right, bitch.” Looking to the camera with those big brown eyes in Givenchy’s power suit and croc bag, it’s enough to make you download the song on repeat – or buy every beautiful piece from the collection.

First teased in May with a prelude video, the full look book was released just last week on Givenchy’s Instagram account. Of the campaign, Grande said: “I am so proud to be the new face of Givenchy. It is a house I have forever admired, and to now be part of that family is such an honor. I love this clothing and the confidence and joy it brings to the people wearing it. Not only is the clothing timeless and beautiful, but I’m proud to work with a brand that makes people feel celebrated for who they are, and unapologetic about whatever they want to be.”

As for this highly addictive little clip, we’ll be watching it on repeat…”that’s right, bitch”.
