If the past year is anything to go by, today’s International Women’s Day will be one of the most poignant ever. From recent worldwide women’s marches to the #metoo movement, never has there been more appropriate time to champion women’s rights.

Watching Frances McDormand state with spine-tingling conviction, as she accepted the Best Actress Oscar on Monday, “If I fall over, pick me up because I’VE GOT SOME THINGS TO SAY”, added spectacular notoriety to what is now a fully-fledged uprising.

Forget the boundaries you were taught to obey, ignore the limitations you believed in before now and break the proverbial glass ceiling with wonder woman force.

And while you’re celebrating the ending of gender bias today, get your fashion in on the act too. Dress loud and proud in a tee that goes literal on your emotions, preaches the cause and in many cases even raises money for women’s charities.
