After what feels like forever — and certainly even longer than that, we’d guess, for the woman herself and the team involved — Dua Lipa is on the final leg of her pandemic-postponed Future Nostalgia tour.

Ditching the colder climates in the northern hemisphere, the British-Albanian singer has hit Down Under, performing in Australia earlier this week, before heading across the ditch for two nights in Auckland, New Zealand.

As she’s been ensuring to do in every city she visits, Lipa first went sightseeing, hitting the picturesque Waiheke Island by boat, an area just half an hour by ferry from the city famous for its beautiful scenery, wineries and beaches.

For the warm weather occasion, Lipa opted for a ’70s-inspired ensemble, made up of a golden crochet two-piece from Proenza Schouler’s spring 2023 collection, which she modelled on board with the ocean behind her. Chic.

The co-ord included a long-sleeve cardigan and flared pants trimmed with bead-embellished metallic fringe, which Lipa added to by wearing a sparkling gold crescent moon belt from Marine Serre around her waist. She also wore a pair of oversized amber-framed retro shades by Lu Goldie, gold statement earrings, chunky gold rings, a black iteration of Givenchy’s G-Hobo leather bag, and strappy black sandals.

In one of her famous Instagram dumps, the singer posted multiple empty wine glasses, a tray of oysters, vineyards with the perfect blue-sky day, and the sun setting over the city on her journey back. Perfection.
