Drake has dropped a surprise new song and music video, and it’s essentially an ode to the independent woman.

Nice For What samples Lauryn Hill’s 1998 hit Ex-Factor, and features a string of high-profile women in the video.

Olivia Wilde, Zoe Saldana, Emma Roberts, Misty Copeland, Jourdan Dunn, Tiffany Haddish, Rashida Jones, Issa Rae, Michelle Rodriguez, Tracee Ellis Ross and Letitia Wright all make an appearance.

It’s not just the female star power people are loving (it’s had more than three million views on YouTube in under 24 hours). The lyrics in Nice For What almost pay homage to Destiny’s Child’s Single Ladies, painting a picture of an independent woman.

The Canadian rapper says:

Had a man last year, life goes on

Haven’t let that thing loose, girl, in so long

You’ve been inside, know you like to lay low

I’ve been peepin’ what you bringin’ to the table

Workin’ hard, girl, everything paid for

First, last phone bill, car note, cable

With your phone out, gotta hit them angles

With your phone out, snappin’ like you Fabo

And you showin’ off, but it’s alright

And you showin’ off, but it’s alright (alright!)

It’s a short life, yeah
