Now, the supermodel is taking on spring styling with the same amount of enthusiasm and expertise. On Tuesday, April 27, the model debuted chap-inspired jeans from Vivienne Westwood’s Fall-Winter 2021 collection that have the internet—and my fellow GRAZIA staff—buzzing.
For the record, Shayk left the groinless pants look to Kim Kardashian (I guess we all have to consider some limit to our fashion riskiness). Instead, her high-waisted denim zips from front to back and look like chaps, but after a double-take, it’s clear that they’re not. The supermodel occupied the bustling streets of SoHo, pairing the statement bottoms with a cropped leather jacket from Nour Hammour and a Skims bodysuit that perfectly brought her metropolitan cowgirl look to fruition. She accessorised the look with a chain-link shoulder cylinder bag from Manu Atelier and scarlet sunnies from Linda Farrow x The Attico.
