Shoe collectors, fashion dreamers and fans of online shopping take heed – the house that’s now the event outfit go-to for Selena Gomez and Alicia Vikander finally sells shoes online in Australia.
While owning a piece of Louis Vuitton ready-to-wear might be a stretch for most of us, its statement and investment footwear ranges are something – much like its signature bags – that’s in the realm of aspirational reality for most of us. Until now, you needed to step into one of the brand’s eight bricks-and-mortar stores, but the new online offering means 24/7 temptation awaits.
There are literally dozens of styles on offer across the Autumn/Winter 2016 collection, including classic stilettos, ankle boots, gym trainers, fashion trainers, denim wedges, elegant sandals, and of course those statement chunky-soled boots we’ve been seeing on A-list red carpets of late. Five styles have even been held back from stores as an online exclusive: one strappy heel (worn by Zendaya below), three men’s trainers and two unisex loafers.
