As the fashion set migrate West for Milan Fashion Week, we ready ourselves for the BOSS Spring/Summer 2025 show.
The house has revealed little about what we can expect from the collection, but a teaser suggests that technology (or rather, escaping it) could be a theme. In the short clip, a cluttered PC screen sees someone type away at an OOO email that reads:
“I’m OOO. For urgent matters, please take a deep breath… I’m currently in a green valley, so really won’t get back to you.”
Then, with palpable satisfaction, the faceless figure closes down the many, many screen tabs, all detailing the logistics of putting on a fashion show, until all that’s left is a nostalgic ‘Bliss’ screen saver with sporadic folders peppered across. In follow-up Instagram posts, an empty office chair spins in the wind, and Post-It notes readings ‘Ciao!’ hang off a computer modem.
Debuting on Wednesday, 18 September at 11:30am in Milan (Wednesday, 18 September at 7:30pm AEST), the show is set to be a major moment of MFW, and luckily for those of us not on the ground, we can tune into the livestream.
