Blanca Padilla has shared her date night makeup look, and we were intrigued to find that it’s actually refreshingly simple. Granted, of course Padilla’s naturally flawless visage would require very little primping, but as the model recently revealed in a video tutorial shared to her Instagram page, her techniques are equal parts easy and effective.
In the Instagram Reel posted by Padilla, the model details her “go-to easy date night look”, which she says is ideal “for those days you don’t have a ton of time” but still want to look polished and put-together.
Pushing her hair back with a headband, Padilla starts by filling in her brows with a Chanel brow pencil, before brushing the pigment through to evenly distribute the colour and soften the strokes.
Next she adds some light coverage by placing a few dots of concealer under her eyes, in the centre of her forehead and down the bridge of her nose, around her mouth and on her chin, pressing it in to her skin with a beauty sponge.
Padilla then added touch of bronze liquid highlighter to the tops of her cheeks, and applied a taupe eyeshadow to her entire eyelid. She then added another bronze shade over the top, focusing the deeper colour towards the crease and outer corner of the eye to create depth.
She then goes over this with brown eyeliner, smudging it out with an eyeliner brush to shape a subtle wing.
But the aspect of Padilla’s makeup routine that we’re most enamoured by? Her use of lipstick, which she applies not only to her pout, but also to her cheeks as blush.
The model dabs the colour (which looks to be Charlotte Tilbury’s iconic Pillow Talk hue) straight from the bullet on to the apples of her cheeks, blending it in with her fingers before applying the same shade to her lips.
