As a pre-Christmas gift, James Corden released his latest Carpool Karaoke episode featuring none other than pop sensation Billie Eilish.
During the 17-minute clip, the pair sing ‘Bad Guy,’ ‘8,’ ‘Ocean Eyes’ and ‘All Good Girls Go to Hell,’ and Eilish also covers The Beatles’ ‘I Will’ and Justin Bieber’s ‘Baby.’
When Corden asked about meeting Bieber, who Elish has been obsessed with since she was a kid, and finally met at Coachella in April, the 18-year-old said: “Well, if I could be honest with you, for like all Coachella weekend, I was like, ‘Don’t surprise me with Justin Bieber. I can’t take it.”
She continued, “I can’t have to do this show, and Justin Bieber is going to be there.’ And so we go to see Ariana [Grande], and I was just standing there, and we were just watching the set, and I was rocking out because I love Ariana, and I saw—because I know what Bieber looks like, I know his body language, I know how he stands, I know where he wears his pants, so I look over and just was like,” Eilish stiffened with her eyes wide.

“And he just stood there. He didn’t even come near me. He just stood five feet away from me, just perfectly still, and he just was like,” Eilish then stared at Corden intensely. “And he had the face mask so all I could see were his eyes. But they were his eyes.”
Eilish and Corden then go into an impromptu cover of Bieber’s song ‘Baby’ with no music, confirming the two both know Ludicrous’ rap off by heart.
After driving around for a while, Corden stop off at Eilish’s childhood home, where she still lives with her family and where she recorded all her early music in her brother Finneas’ bedroom. After an impromptu cameo by both Eilish’s pet spider and mum, the two got back in the car to continue singing.
