Adam Levine and wife Behati Prinsloo have confirmed they are expecting a second child with the 28-year-old Victoria’s Secret model confirming the news on her Instagram overnight. “Adam and Behati are so happy to be adding another baby to their family,” a source reportedly told PEOPLE. “They’re amazing parents and their loved ones are thrilled for them.” The pair are already parents to 11-month-old daughter Dusty Rose.

Amidst all the advice for new parents, there may just be a little more pressure for a pregnant VS model especially when the likes of long-limbed-mates Adriana Lima returned to the runway a mere eight weeks after giving birth. And with Levine revealing he wants a brood as big as 17, Prinsloo may need these wise words more than any angel!

Doutzen Kroes: Pamper yourself while nursing. With a penchant for massages at Soho sanctuary and Soho House in New York, Kroes also likes to listen to classical music in the form of Mozart and Bach to put her baby to sleep.

Lily Aldridge: Prevent those stretch marks with oils. Aldridge was pregnant at the same time at Adriana Lima and Alessandra Ambrosio, both who encouraged her to try pre-natal yoga. But Aldridge’s tip for Behati and Candice is one of the more natural kind. “When I was pregnant, I didn’t put anything on my body that wasn’t all natural,” Aldridge told E! Online. “I went a bit wild, I have a whole new respect for ingredients and products. I used a lot of Mama Mio and (Miranda Kerr’s skincare line) Kora. As for stretchmarks, I used a lot of oils – I put as many on as I could, and it worked!”

Heidi Klum: Pat your baby on their butt to get them to sleep “It was hard for me to leave them crying. I’m not very good at that,” Klum told whattoexpect.com. “I’d go and pat them on their butts – gentle little taps. And I’d rub their backs up and down. Usually that would do the trick to get them to go to sleep.” She also recommended a good concealer for when you may not get much sleep, you two!

Alessandra Ambrosio: Practise your Namaste When her now three-year-old son Noah was just three-weeks-old, the supermodel received a phone call from her employer telling her she was the fantasy bra-wearing nominee. The item, worth US$2.5 million and including a 20-karat white diamond. She began exercising by walking and doing yoga. “I eventually was playing volleyball on the beach, swimming and running after my kids,” says Ambrosio. “Breastfeeding always helps!”

Miranda Kerr: Avoid the S-word Loosely labelled the world’s most beautiful baby, Flynn Bloom – the love equation of Australian model Kerr and actor Orlando Bloom – is not allowed to eat sugar on mum’s watch. Dad though… that’s another tale.
