Just 13 months since they welcomed their daughter and less than a year after their wedding, Audrina Patridge and Corey Bohan have called it quits.

As Us Weekly reports, Audrina filed for divorced from her Australian professional BMX rider husband Corey Bohan this week citing irreconcilable differences.

The former The Hills star was also granted a restraining order against Bohan.

In the court documents Patridge alleges her husband has shown “aggressive behaviour” towards her, and claimed he contributes less financially.

“He works for Red Bull and travels internationally for that work,” Patridge write in the documents, according to Us Weekly.

“He is a professional athlete and doesn’t have a regular job to go to on a daily basis. He usually only pays for our utilities, and occasionally may pay half of the mortgage for our home.”

A rep for Audrina said “Audrina’s No. 1 priority is her daughter right now. She just needs privacy at this time.”

Audrina and Corey met way back in 2008 when she was a star on The Hills, with Bohan appearing in a few episodes. They welcomed daughter Kirra in June 2016 and married five months later in Hawaii.
