Ariana Grande’s Dangerous Woman tour has been suspended after a bomb killed 22 people and injured more than 50 at her concert in Manchester this week.
Ariana was due to perform two shows in London this week, as well as more in Germany and Switzerland next week, but a statement from her tour company confirmed the Dangerous Woman concerts have been called off through June 5.
“Due to the tragic events in Manchester the Dangerous Woman tour with Ariana Grande has been suspended until we can further assess the situation and pay our proper respects to those lost,” the statement said. “Our way of life has once again been threatened but we will overcome this together.”
Ariana tweeted that she was “broken” after the attack, which targeted teenagers and tweens. She boarded a flight to return to the US shortly after the incident.
In the wake of the bombing, the UK has raised its terror threat from severe to critical, with military deployed to the streets to protect people.
Prime Minister Theresa May denounced the “appalling sickening cowardice” of the suicide bomber, who has been named as 22-year-old Salman Abedi, a UK-born 22-year-old of Libyan descent.
Grande is scheduled to perform five concerts in Australia in September.
