Last week, Angelina Jolie enjoyed a taste of European summer during a trip to Paris for work, bringing her children along for the ride. The actress kept her style simple and effortless while in the French capital, opting for pieces from her longtime favourite brands, such as Gabriela Hearst, Chloé and The Row, and keeping to a neutral colour palette.
For one outing, Jolie wore a tailored silk and wool suit from Hearst’s Resort 2022 collection for Chloé with matching wide-legged pants and beige pumps. Later that day, she took off her jacket and wore the statement pants with a simple crisp white T-shirt tucked in.
For a different event later that day, Jolie wore a cream version of The Row’s cotton poplin Tanita shirtdress, which has a high-neck and waist-cinching belt. She kept on her same beige pumps and wore her brunette hair loose and straight.
That evening, Jolie swapped her white and beige tones for black, wearing Hearst’s silk twill Evelyn Dress and a pair of strappy stiletto heels. She was accompanied by her travel companions, Shiloh, Zahara, Pax and Knox.
A clear fashion lover like her famous mum, Zahara led the charge wearing a colourful dress and red Louis Vuitton handbag.
Fashion aside, Jolie recently had a legal win. In her neverending divorce from ex-husband Brad Pitt, Jolie won the right to have the pair’s current judge disqualified.
The court agreed with claims made by Jolie’s team that Judge John W. Orderkirk did not sufficiently disclose a business relationship with Pitt’s attorneys. As such, the battle for custody of the couple’s five children, “which was nearing an end” according to the Associated Press, “could just be getting started.”
