Amber Heard has filed allegations against the producer of yet-to-be-released (possibly never-to-be-released) movie London Fields, claiming he filmed a fake sex scene after she refused to do one.

According to E! News, the actress was initially taken to court by producer Christopher Hanley and his wife, the thriller’s screenwriter Roberta Hanley, the couple claiming Heard breached her contract for refusing to comply to doing a nude sex scene.

But Amber’s lawyer alleges the Justice League star insisted from the outset she would not do the scene, and that in a copy of London Fields seen by the actress and her legal team, Hanley has produced the scene using a body double purporting to be Amber.

“Amber Heard is the latest victim of this lascivious and sexploitive couple,” Amber’s legal representative said in a court document. “After reading the script, she insisted on specific restrictions about nudity and sex scenes in the film as a condition to agreeing to appear in the Movie. [Christopher] … expressly agreed to Heard’s terms, and they were memorialised in the Nudity Rider to her contract.”

The lawyer goes on:

“The Hanleys…caused to be filmed secretly several additional nude and sex scenes with a body double for Heard and included them in the ‘Producer’s Cut’—also in violation of the Nudity Rider.

“The secret filming of this body double footage was not on the schedule that had been provided to Heard and was shot with a skeleton crew only after Heard had completed filming and had left the set. The body double footage included an explicit pornographic sex scene that Heard would never have agreed to do herself…the body double footage was designed and intended to leave anyone who saw the images with the distinct impression that it was Heard.”

Amber is counter-suing the Hanleys for the lawsuit they filed against her, and is seeking an injunction to stop the film, in which she plays femme fatale Nicola Six, from ever being distributed. It also stars Cara Delevingne, Theo James, Jamie Alexander and Billy Bob Thornton.

A lawyer for Hanley told E News! Amber “for her own reasons … illicitly tried to change the role and hijack the movie.”

The 30-year-old Rum Diary actress has been plagued with legal woes in recent years – she finalised a very public and drawn-out divorce from Johnny Depp.
