Though their chemistry was undeniable for the duration of their last joint public appearance, Amber Heard has reportedly filed for divorce from her hatstand of a husband, actor Johnny Depp.
According to breaking reports from TMZ, Heard filed for divorce on Monday citing irreconcilable differences. News of the couples’ split comes only fifteen months after their wedding on Depp’s private island, Little Hall’s Pond Cay in the Bahamas, in February of last year and three days after Depp’s mother, Betty Sue Palmer, passed away.
TMZ are also reporting that the couple did not have a prenup, and that Heard is asking for spousal support – a request Depp, who is worth a reported $400 million, has filed a motion against.
It’s not yet clear what will become of Pistol and Boo, a pair who require no introduction. Barnaby Joyce is yet to make a statement.
