Supermodel Coco Rocha has announced she is pregnant with her second child. The 29-year-old who is already a mum to two-year-old daughter Ioni Conran (with husband British muralist James Conran).
Rocha posted a video to her Instagram showing Ioni announcing “there’s a baby in Mummy’s tummy!” The nodel is dressed in a ball gown as she prepared to attend The Bloomberg 50 Celebration at Gotham Hall in New York City. “Your attention please! @ioniconran has a very important announcement to make!”
Conran also posted the announcement to his Twitter account, new big sister Ioni again the star. In 2015, Rocha announced via her Twitter account she had given birth to her daughter. “James and I are so proud to welcome into the world out healthy and beautiful girl, Ioni James Conran.”
Rocha slammed online trolls who criticised her for not breastfeeding Ioni for very long. “I don’t need you to tell me how to be a mother,” the model said in 2015. “Getting a lot of unwanted advice based on my last post. Not that this is anyone’s business – I loved breastfeeding Ioni for the first five months of her life and then one day my milk went dry. It happens to every mum at different times.”
“To the trolls out there, you will be removed. I don’t need your comments… ‘There’s people out there that have decided that their voice should be heard and they should tell you what to do. And I believe in that if you have something you want to share, you share it and tell them how it was great for you, but you don’t push it on anyone else because really it might not work for them.”
