Calvin Harris and Katy Perry bonded over their feuds with Taylor Swift, when he revealed on Twitter that Taylor tried to “bury” Katy.

Apparently as Katy thanked Calvin for publicly burning Swift, the artists decided to collaborate, because the result just dropped today: Feels.

Calvin’s new song features Katy, as well as Pharrell Williams and Big Sean, but Perry seems to be the focal point as she sultrily sings the chorus and lays down in a field of psychedelic flowers in the retro-inspired music video.

Feels is a cruisy, summery song that will be playing at every party, club and bar as soon as the weather warms up.

The tune is so right this minute at times it almost feels forced. As well as singing about “catching feels”, there’s a reference to Airbnb, and Big Sean raps:

“I’ma ‘at’ this at you, if I put you on my phone
And upload it, it’ll get maximum views.”

Far from poetic, but there’s no doubt the Instagram generation can like, totally relate.

Calvin, real name Adam Wiles’ new album is out June 30 and includes a promising line-up of other artists including Nicki Minaj, Future, Snoop Dogg, John Legend, Frank Ocean, Migos, Young Thug and Ariana Grande.
