Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have reached a temporary agreement that grants her custody of their six children, according to TMZ.
In the deal facilitated by the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services, Angelina has been given custody of their kids with Brad receiving visitation rights. Pitt must be accompanied by a therapist to the first visit, and it will be decided from there whether he can visit without supervision.
The deal is also reported to stipulate that both Brad and Angelina attend separate sessions with a therapist, and that there will be family counselling sessions as well.

Brad is also believed to have agreed to random drug and alcohol testing. The insider told TMZ Brad has already submitted to one test, which returned a negative result.
The willingness of both parents to agree is a sign the fractured family is on its way to healing, however there will no doubt be some challenges to come as Brad and Angelina prepare for a divorce settlement under the glare of the public spotlight.
Angelina filed for divorce from Brad on September 15 after 11 years together, two of which they were married.
