Margot Robbie’s love of giving tattoos has grown from a hobby to a side hustle.
When our very own Margot appeared on The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon on Friday, she admitted she’s now given more than 50 inkings, including several on her Suicide Squad co-star (and clearly trusting friend) Cara Delevingne.
“We did toe-mojis, we were calling them, where we’d tattoo the bottom of our toes with, like, little faces,” Robbie told Fallon. “But, uh, the thing about tattooing the bottom of your toes is that it rubs off after a while, so we have to keep redoing them.”
A quick stalk of Cara’s Instagram account reveals evidence to back up the anecdote.
When Jimmy questioned if Margot had a license or any authority to be branding people with permanent markings, she didn’t let formalities get in the way.
“I don’t know what the rules are, but you can buy a tattoo gun on eBay,” she said.
“And as long as you’ve got someone who’s willing to let you tattoo them, I guess we just went ahead and did it.”
The bottom of the toes does seem like the perfect spot, just in case Margot needs to clock up a few more hours until her tats reach a professional level.
