It seems any chance of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt having an amicable divorce settlement is gone, after court documents revealed Brad is furious with his soon-to-be ex-wife over her handling of information pertaining to their six children.
As People reports, in documents filed by Pitt requesting their custody battle be sealed – meaning any information regarding the situation could not be made public – for the sake of their kids, Pitt slams Jolie for compromising their children’s privacy by making personal information free to the media and the public.
The actor says Angelina “appears to be determined to ignore even agreed upon standards relating to the children’s best interest,” and that she “exposed the children by making public the names of their therapists and other mental health professionals.”
He goes on to claim that Angelina has “no self-regulating mechanism”.
The actress’s legal team now has the option to respond to the request to seal the custody case before a judge makes a decision.
The couple once fondly called Brangelina shocked the world this year when they announced their separation after 12 years together, for two of which they were married. They have six children: Maddox, Pax, Knox, Zahara, Shiloh and Vivienne.
