“A feminist. An advocate. A champion for women.” They are all notions Donald Trump’s daughter Ivanka has attempted to have American women believe. But across the weekend actress Scarlett Johansson mocked those specific “values” by appearing on Saturday Night Live dressed as Ivanka in a fictitious fragrance ad.

Titled “Complicit”, the skit questioned how Ivanka is exactly a representative of a feminist or a champion for women. And it seems a warranted question from many females, the proof lying in Nordstrom announcing it would be walking away from Ivanka’s clothing line in February 2017 as “sales had steadily declined”.

The satire too has deflected some heat from Johansson who last week made headlines as she gears up for her second divorce from soon-to-be ex-husband Romain Dauriac. “As a devoted mother and private person and with complete awareness that my daughter will one day be old enough to read the news about herself, I would only like to say that I will never, ever be commenting on the dissolution of my marriage,” she said. “Out of respect for my desires as a parent and out of respect for all working mums, it is with kindness that I ask other parties involved and the media to do the same.”

In the meantime, Johansson could be looking at a full time Ivanka-role next to Alex Baldwin’s Donald Trump impersonations on SNL if the wild applause from the internet is anything to go by. Watch the ad below.
