Lady Gaga will headline both Saturday nights at Coachella on April 15 and April 22, Billboard reports. The Million Reasons singer will fill the void left from Beyoncé’s announcement last week that she can no longer perform at Coachella as she will be heavily pregnant with twins.
Festival organisers are reportedly currently working on bringing Gaga’s huge stage production to the Empire Polo Grounds and, according to Billboard, have said it was important for a female performer to replace Beyoncé making Gaga the first woman to headline since Björk in 2007.
Gaga who performed at the Super Bowl in Houston, will begin her worldwide Joanne tour in June, a busy start to 2017 for the 30-year-old.

So while Drunk In Love, Crazy In Love, Love On Top, Single Ladies, Hold Up and Formation will have to wait until Beyoncé headlines in 2018, settling on Just Dance, Poker Face, Born This Way and Edge Of Glory is a pretty good deal, organisers couldn’t have picked a female popstar with more hits.
More to come.
