The Kardashian family has privately expressed disappointment but publicly stayed neutral over Rob’s explosive fight and legal battle with Blac Chyna – until now.

America’s ABC News reports when they asked Kim for a comment on the scandal, a representative for Kim replied by sending the non-disclosure agreement Blac Chyna signed in order to appear on Keeping Up With The Kardashians and Rob & Chyna.

One section of the document reads “[Chyna] shall not at any time disclose, publicly or privately, any information which is in any way, fashion or manner related to, associated with or connected to the Kardashian family/Jenner family/Disick family/West family and/or their personal relationships, their business activities, plans, operations, finances or employees.”

Kim’s decision to make no other comment than to send the document to a media outlet indicates she thinks Chyna should not have spoken publicly about her relationship with Rob, as she did in court when she was granted a restraining order and in an interview with Good Morning America this week.

However, Blac, who shares eight-month-old daughter Dream with Rob, claims Kardashian was violent towards her, which would surely justify her decision to seek a restraining order against him and speak publicly about the abuse.

Rob has denied he was ever physically abusive with Blac, according to TMZ.

TMZ also reports that Rob has apologised to mum Kris Jenner and all his sisters over his online rant and alleged revenge porn, and told them he now thinks they were right when they warned him Blac was “trouble”.

Given Rob has been accused of revenge porn and physical abuse, Kim’s siding with him publicly is certainly a controversial move.

More to come.
