After dropping his debut solo release Sign Of The Times a week ago, Harry Styles has revealed when we’ll get to hear his new album.

Styles made the announcement on Twitter, sharing what looks to be the album artwork (an image of himself shirtless with water droplets on his skin, a rather sensual shot, or is that just us?) and a date: May 12 2017.

The One Direction star also shared the track list, so we can familiarise ourselves with the songs we’re set to hear a lot of in the next few months. They are:

Meet Me In The Hallway

Sign Of The Times

Carolina

Two Ghosts

Sweet Creature

Only Angel

Kiwi

Ever Since New York

Woman

From The Dining Table

For his solo foray, the Brit has adopted a different sound to Zayn Malik and Liam Payne, whose post-One Direction releases have been ear worm electro-pop tracks.

Sign Of The Times is best described as a classic rock ballad, which showcases Styles’ vocal talent. With its melancholy sound and vague lyrics (“Just stop your crying, it’s a sign of the times/ Welcome to the final show, hope you’re wearing your best clothes”) it’s hard not to make comparisons to David Bowie.
